Financial records of the Academy consist of account books, cashbooks, vouchers, accounts receivable, correspondence, insurance policies, check stubs, treasurer's report drafts, material pertaining to the sale of publications, the Building Fund, conference expenses, as well as drafts for budget estimates, fund raising material, and related financial records, 1864-1975. Also, minutes of the Finance Committee, 1937-1968. Some joint meetings with the Executive Committee were also held. The minutes contain detailed reports of financial transactions and reviews of investment portfolios.
